Arthur Romio
Arthur started recording and editing countless countryside bands and singers from 2010 to 2014 before he moved to São Paulo. From 2014 to 2017 he developed his mixing skills as a live engineer at Sesc Pompeia, an iconic venue at the capital, but never left the studio environment. In the past few years he has been producing, recording, editing and mixing for several Brazilian artists such as Odair José, Jorge Du Peixe, As Baías, Baco Exu Do Blues, Marcelo D2, Otto, Luiz Thunderbird, Hamilton de Holanda, Machete Bomb, Guido, Ricardo Caian and many others.Arthur recorded, edited and mixed the album "Enquanto Estamos Distantes" from As Baías, nominated for the 21st Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards (BEST PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE CONTEMPORARY POP ALBUM), and recorded Baco Exu do Blues vocals for the album "Assim Tocam os MEUS TAMBORES" from Marcelo D2, nominated for the 22st Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards (BEST PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE ROCK OR ALTERNATIVE ALBUM).If you need editing, comping or pitch correction with a seasoned professional in different genres, Arthur "Briza" Romio is your go-to choice.
