Jonas & The Basement Boys is an All-Star band of Norwegian session musicians who will turn your demos into professional, full-band recordings.

With over 50 years worth of combined experience as live and studio session musicians, the band is a musically diverse bunch, seasoned in a wide variety of styles, ranging from Rock to Jazz, Americana to Funk or Folk to Metal.

Jonas Valberg, the band leader, master guitarist and keyboardist adds character and personality to any song. The last few years he’s been recording and touring with former Billboard chart-topping fellow guitarist and indie artist Jarle Skavhellen, who gained widespread recognition in the industry with his solo project in 2016, and has since worked with some of the biggest record labels in the world. Bass player Ståle Karlstad can add any line to your song: from minimalist Indie Folk to Dua Lipa-style Pop songs, he’s got you covered. Ståle is also in charge of jokes, a very important part of any recording session. For drums, The Basement Boys turned to long-time collaborator and studio wizard JT Ness. JT has played on countless records, from Pop star Michelle Ullestad's to ethereal Metal act Lindy-Fay Hella's, and is a staple in the Bergen music scene.
Tracking through some of the most sought after analog gear available, The Basement Boys will give your song that professional warmth and vintage vibe that so many many musicians are looking for.
