He graduated Berklee College of Music Magna Cum Laude after 3 years with a double major in Performance and Jazz Composition, and currently lives in New York performing on Broadway, in the GRAMMY award winning 8-Bit Big Band, and for many solo artists. As a recording artist, Josh works on a diverse array of projects, including films from Hollywood to Bollywood, television, video games, commercials, and albums. Highlights include "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt", “Madam Secretary”, “Red Dead Redemption 2”, “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel”, and the newly released PS5 game “Kena: Bridge of Spirits”, where he is featured on over 30 instruments. With a wide variety of experiences and training, Josh is comfortable in almost any musical context. He can perform any written part, create his own, improvise, and even arrange and transcribe as necessary. Written parts are ideal, but for parts that would otherwise be exported straight from a DAW, a quantized .mid file is best.
