Today’s session focuses on melody, so make sure you log into the workshop ready to write!
On the final day our focus is on putting it all together through the lens of chords and structure.

Rosie Bans, Musiversal’s Online Community Manager and independent music artist, hosts the challenge. She will welcome you into each live session, keep the momentum high, answer all your questions and give you the daily prompts and guide you through how to share your shiny new songs with us all.
Dorothy Takev
Dorothy Takev is one of Musiversal’s top roster songwriters with extensive credits in pop, sync and artist projects. With 13 years of professional experience, her amazing vocal versatility has been on display on big stages like 'A to Jazz’ Festival, 'Kapana Fest’ or 'Vola Fest’, and in her work for songwriters and producers such as Kev Rodgers (ICON by Jaden Smith), RUSHI, Aled Ordu or Monte music.

Stay on track with daily check-ins and get feedback from your peers in a supportive environment while holding yourself accountable. This structure is designed to help you stay focused and motivated throughout the three days.

Replays
Replays of all live sessions are available until 23 December so you can catch up or revisit the material after each day.

A dedicated, one-hour listening party to hear what others created, receive light feedback on your own work and celebrate the momentum you have built.

Frequently Asked Questions
When does the challenge run?
+Live sessions last for 30 minutes and happen on 16, 17 and 18 December with a bonus listening party for 60 minutes on 19 December. All sessions start at 6pm GMT / 1pm ET / 10am PT.
Where does it take place?
+The entire challenge, including the live sessions and listening party, takes place via Facebook Live inside the Musiversal Facebook group.
How much time do I need each day?
+Plan for the thirty minute live session plus at least thirty to sixty minutes of extra writing time after each live, so you can act on the daily prompt and develop your song ideas.

Will there be replays?
+Yes. Replays of all live sessions are available inside the private Facebook group until 23 December so you can catch up at a time that suits you best.
