What we are looking for 🦄
We’re on the hunt for a Creative Ads Producer & Strategist to fully own Musiversal’s paid social machine (primarily Meta Ads) – from creative ideation to launch, iteration, and scale.
You’re a hybrid creature: part creative strategist, part data analyst, part producer. You can dream up concepts, storyboard frames, brief creators, analyze performance, optimize campaigns, and turn insights into new creative direction.
You’re the type of person who keeps screenshots of great ads on your phone. You know what makes people stop, what makes them watch, and what makes them buy. You're always collecting inspiration and reverse-engineering why something works.
In this role, you’ll architect the full creative strategy behind our ads – messaging, angles, hooks, formats (UGC, founder-led, influencer-led, static, motion, testimonials, etc.) – and then bring those ads to life. You’ll manage the full operational pipeline: finding creators and influencers, coordinating shoots, commissioning assets, and working closely with our Media Buyer to optimize structure, budget, and overall performance.
The role is about building a performance engine and lighting up the next stage of Musiversal’s growth. You’ll own this channel end-to-end and help shape what “great” looks like for paid creative in our company.

- You’ve produced and launched Paid Social Ads (ideally Meta) that delivered real results
- You understand creative strategy – hooks, angles, messaging, pacing, formats
- You know how to create and scale UGC, influencer, and creator-led content
- You’re a data nerd at heart and enjoy digging into performance dashboards
- You can interpret CAC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPM and explain what’s actually happening
- You’re obsessive about creative testing and iteration – and you love experimenting
- You constantly study top-performing ads and save inspiration to learn from
- You can brief creators, influencers, editors, and designers with clarity
- You're comfortable sourcing and managing US-based creators and influencers
- You’re scrappy and capable of producing or editing content yourself when needed
- You have a pre-existing network of content creators and influencers (bonus)
- You thrive in fast-paced, experiment-heavy startup environments
- You can manage multiple concepts, creators, and timelines at once
- You're proactive, curious, and relentless about improving performance
- You’re humble, collaborative, and easy to work with
- You’re based in the US and understand US digital culture, humor, language, and trends
- You speak and write English fluently and clearly
Responsibilities 💪
- Own Musiversal’s Paid Social Ads end-to-end; strategy, production, launch, optimization
- Build and maintain a full creative testing roadmap (hooks, angles, formats, styles)
- Decide which ads we should produce based on insights, trends, and performance data
- Develop ad concepts, scripts, angles, and briefs
- Manage operational production – sourcing UGC creators, influencers, editors, and producers; and providing advice/ guidelines for them to follow in production
- Build and nurture a network of US-based creators and influencers
- Collaborate with our in-house designer to produce compelling still/ carousel ads
- Collaborate with our in-house video editor to produce high-quality ads from raw videos
- Work closely with our Meta Ad Account Manager to optimize campaigns
- Analyze creative performance weekly and identify winning patterns and opportunities
- Turn insights into new creative direction and next-step experiments
- Optimize hooks, pacing, messaging, visuals, and CTAs relentlessly
- Stay on top of industry best practices, competitor ads, and viral creative trends
- Build systems and pipelines for scalable, repeatable ad production
- Track, measure, and report on full-funnel performance metrics
- Serve as the internal champion for world-class paid creative at Musiversal
