What we are looking for 🦄
We’re on the hunt for a Remote live streaming Producer & Video Editor to handle the technical and video production side of Musiversal’s online community workshops. You will set up and support live streams, record workshops, edit them and publish them to our platform in a way that feels clean, consistent and on brand.
You will work closely with the Online Community team and Guest Speakers to make sure every workshop looks incredible on video.

- Have strong video production and editing skills, with examples of past work
- Have experience creating content specifically for online communities, workshops or courses
- Skilled at guiding speakers in setting up their remote livestream environment, including their lighting, sound and camera setup
- Have a background in music, audio or creative industries, or strong interest and experience as a creator
- Have a strong attention to detail in visuals, sound and branding
- Are confident using common tools for recording, editing and hosting video content
- Are a good communicator who can work across internal teams, guest speakers, and community members
- Are highly organised, with good systems for managing and sharing files, projects and deadlines
- Are comfortable working in startups or fast paced environments with multiple projects on the go
- You’re kind, patient, and a joy to work with
- Thrive in remote work settings and love the flexibility it brings
- Are fluent in written and spoken English
Responsibilities 💪
Live production and recording- Set up the technical side of live workshops and sessions, including lights, sound and streaming or recording tools
- Run or support live streams during workshops, troubleshooting basic technical issues on the spot
- Edit workshop recordings in-line with Musiversal branding and quality standards
- Carry out sound and image clean up where needed
- Post-produce live workshop recordings into professionally edited, clean, high-quality videos
- Upload edited recordings to the community platform with accurate titles, descriptions and tags
- Ensure thumbnails and other visual assets are in place
- Provide the Online Community and Marketing Teams with final video links, titles, descriptions and thumbnails so live workshops and replays can be promoted and shared with members
- Share regular updates on what has been recorded, edited and published
- Highlight bottlenecks or risks in the production process and suggest improvements
- Provide KPIs such as views and replay patterns to the Online Community Team
