What we are looking for 🦄

We are looking for an Online Workshop Talent Manager to lead outreach to industry experts and speakers for Musiversal’s community workshops. You will plan and manage the full lifecycle of each session, from first contact through to post event follow up.

You will work closely with the Online Community Team to make sure we have a strong pipeline of speakers, clear processes and a smooth handover from booking to workshop delivery.

  • Have experience in creating partnerships, artist relations, talent booking or a similar producer style role
  • Are highly tuned in to the latest trends and topics in the music industry
  • Have strong communication skills, written and verbal, with a clear and friendly tone
  • Are comfortable reaching out cold, following up and building long term relationships
  • Are highly organised, with good systems for tracking conversations, contracts and deadlines
  • Are able to manage multiple moving parts at once and keep other team members informed
  • Have a background in the music industry (preferred)
  • Have experience working with online education, memberships or creative communities (preferred)
  • Are familiar with simple CRM or project management tools (preferred)
  • Are confident working in fast paced environments where priorities can shift
  • Have a genuine interest in creativity, education and helping musicians progress
  • You thrive in remote work settings and love the flexibility it brings
  • Are fluent in written and spoken English

Responsibilities 💪

Speaker outreach
  • Research and identify potential speakers from the music industry
  • Reach out to potential speakers, share clear pitches and track the conversion rate from outreach to confirmed bookings
  • Build and maintain a simple database of speakers, including contact details, history and notes
  • Potentially attend industry networking events to broaden outreach
  • Prepare and maintain templates for speaker outreach, briefs, and contracts
Speaker pipeline and workshop preparation
  • Plan and maintain the speaker and workshop calendar in collaboration with the Head of Community
  • Request speaker assets and key information to promote their profile and the event (headshots, bio, etc...)
  • Share speaker assets and key information with the Online Community and Marketing Teams so each workshop can be clearly promoted
  • Collaborate with speakers on workshop planning, standardized format & content
  • Run prep calls with speakers where needed so they know what to expect and what success looks like
Workshop lifecycle and follow up
  • Ensure speakers get paid on time
  • After each workshop, send follow up notes, thank you messages and any agreed assets to speakers
Reporting and collaboration
  • Track and report on basic metrics such as outreach volume, booking rate, attendance and repeat invitations
  • Share insights on which speakers, partners and topics perform best
  • Share speaker assets and key info with the Online Community and Marketing teams to support clear promotion of each workshop
  • Work closely with the Online Community Team to refine the workshop strategy over time
