I’ve worked with Peter several times. He’s always been reliable, professional, and punctual. His playing has added a wonderful feeling of liveliness and heightened emotion to any track I’ve ever hired him for. Whatever I’m looking for, Peter always nails it.

I’ve had the pleasure of having Pete Scoma record on a couple tracks for my band, More Than Skies. He’s a highly skilled guitar player with a natural knack for melody. When working with him remotely he is efficient and thorough, and additionally a total professional in the studio. Highly recommend hiring him for any of his skill sets that range from recording, writing, and performing music

I came to Peter with an idea for a song I had in my head for quite some time and had a distinct vision on how I hoped it would feel and sound. The only thing I was lacking was the skill to execute it on guitar, and the same goes for the engineering aspect of it. It took very little instruction for Peter to pick up what I was going for — and not only did he understand my vision, but he took it to another level. He absorbed the spirit of the song quickly and tracked his guitar without hesitation. It was so spot-on that it made laying down my vocal tracks easier than I anticipated — his production helped me elevate my vocal performance higher than I thought I could. In the end, the track, which was a very personal endeavor, came out feeling and sounding authentic and perfect. Years later, it still encapsulates my most authentic self as an artist.
